That woman probably has a Personality Disorder. People with Personality Disorders often make false allegations, idealize people, then try to destroy them, go on smear campaigns to tarnish reputations, lie, steal, cheat, have an unquenchable thirst for revenge, manipulate, have false memories. A lot of the criminals in psychological thrillers have personality disorders. But it's a real life thing you can encounter.

To understand some may want to Google search Personality Disorder with keywords like break up, false allegations of abuse, lies, manipulative, criminal, psychosis, obsession, etc. Kinda good info to know if anyone encounters such an individual.

Well, his estate can take her and the tabloid to court. Looks like she's been at it for a while.  He went to court against her and won. A suite for Malicious Persecution may work.
